Alongside the sushi bar, the kitchen turns out ramen, udon, pad thai, curry and teriyaki all day. Poke bowls arrive with mango, avocado and edamame, while the crispy sushi pizza layers tobiko and house sauce over a golden rice base.

The signature list is where the chefs show their hand — Taiga Emperor Roll with torched salmon, scallop and ikura, Surf & Turf Roll finished in truffle ponzu, and carpaccio sliced thin and lightly seared. Party trays up to 160 pieces travel just as well.
